The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Stopping Elderly Accidents, Deaths, and Injuries (STEADI) program has created some wonderful resources to help people learn more about how to stay safe. One resource, in particular, called 'Check your risk for falling,' can help you identify areas that may put you at a higher risk for a fall. The self-assessment is available below or here.
